Refund policy

For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. Similarly, we have no obligation to offer late refunds to users who do not receive 5 Gold stars, or who are otherwise unsatisfied with their final test scores. We provide unlimited support, doubt resolution and service improvements to such users, but not refunds. For One-time Course Purchases

If you cancel your paid enrollment for a standalone course, module, lesson or topic, MaxVerbal will offer you a complete refund until 7 days after payment, or until you have earned 5 Gold Stars in any Praxercise, whichever is earlier. Oonce you have earned 5 Gold Stars in the Praxercise of any Topic, you are not eligible for a refund even if it is within 7 days. If you do not complete your Final Assessment Test within the total duration of the course, module, lesson or topic you’ve enrolled for, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enroll. However, if you’re taking a course through your company or organization (e.g. MaxVerbal for Businesses, Governments or Organizations) then you can complete your program as long as your company's contract with MaxVerbal is active and your access has not expired in accordance with the terms of that contract. Similarly, refunds and cancellations will also be governed by the terms of that contract between your organization and MaxVerbal.

If you earned your first completion Certificate for any course, module, lesson or topic within 7 days, you are not eligible for a refund. Every Course, Module, Lesson and Topic has a defined period in terms of number of days. If you’re unable to complete the course in that time, you’re course will expire and you will have to re-enroll. In such cases, you’re not eligible for a refund just becasue you weren’t able to complete the course/module/lesson/topic in the stipulated time.

For eBooks and other ePublications

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. eBooks you purchase from www.maxverbal.com are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase, and if the ebook does not perform as described. When a refund is granted, we'll remove access to the eBook and your money will be returned. To submit a refund request, please write to us at support@maxverbal.com. If an ebook becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, you can re-download it from our website.

Refunds will not be granted in situations of purchase abuse.
